Mrs. Kaoru Vrana, is a native of Mie, Japan where she began to study Ikenobo Ikebana at young age.

After moving to America, she has continued her study under the previous President Mrs. Hideko Zwick and assisted in teaching classes. After Mrs. Zwick's retirement, Mrs. Vrana has taken over as president and teacher of the South Florida chapter.

Mrs. Vrana participates in workshops and symposiums in the United States and Japan and is working hard to heighten her knowledge and skills.
