Organization

The Ikenobo Ikebana Society of South Florida was founded in 1975 by Mrs. Atsuko Lefcourte to promote cultural understanding and personal development through the art of flower arrangement.

In the following decades, the society has strived to achieve these goals, under Mrs. Lefcourte's leadership and subsequently that of our second president, Mrs. Hideko Zwick and the current president, Mrs. Kaoru Vrana . We are a non-profit organization, providing instruction through classes, workshops, and exhibitions.
